Private Winery

Our proposed design for a private winery in Franschhoek takes a subtle and refined approach, extending the existing winery offices and farm store while introducing a boutique wine cellar. Drawing inspiration from modern barn architecture, the design blends simplicity with sophistication, complementing the agricultural context while offering a contemporary edge. The new spaces are envisioned to support both the functional needs of the working farm and the experiential qualities of wine appreciation, creating an understated yet elegant architectural addition to the estate.
